I have bought 2 lights 2 tents and 1 fan kit from this company the lights are great as one of the first reviews says they have a great and nice even light spread, they worked great in both flower and veg my plants really loved them.
The tents are nicely designed and well built.
I had a small problem with the fan and was rude to the customer service agent and yet they still persisted to help me and solve the problem 10/10 customer service.
Ignore the 1 review of the guy saying the lights run too hot he obviously doesn't know what he's doing if you mange your heat right I was sitting at 2degre c total heat out put which is very good.
And the one guy spamming bad reviews cos he cant get a refund on a missing item if Hermes let some one whos not you sign for your item its Hermes fault not this companies I've never had such a problem.

Trustpilot always deleted my feedback about spider FARMER. I writing 7 times now.
AVOID THIS COMPANY SAVE YOUR MONEY
IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG YOU WILL NOT GET MONEY BACK OR REPLACEMENT.
I LOST VERY BIG AMOUNT OFF MONEY.

AVOID this company save your money.

I ask for my parcel but SPIDER FARMER SAD parcels was delivered. But is was delivered in wrang place not even in my door.
And all pictures you can see clearly are in the wrong place but SPIDER FARMER Doesn't care.
And delivery sad was done in letters box. Led light....
I have lost my money And my parcel.

Purchased two new units from the company, they arrived pre-set up (wired together) and units in on position. when contacted they played dumb. In short they sent me returns for full price. I have no use for used electronics with a limited life span.

AVOID this company save your money.

BUT CUSTOMER SERVICE DON'T CARE AT ALL.

I bought two of these lights, one of them just stopped working after two months of use in the middle of my grow.
The return window is closed so I guess I'm S.O.L.

my parcel was not delivered to me is was left in wrong locatio. And you can see in pictures by Hermes delivery.
And i don't have my parcel and my money.
I lost big amounts off money.

I lost big amount of money and my parcel. Because was delivered in wrong place. But SPIDER FARMER DON'T CARE. Pictures you can see is was delivered in flat apartment somewhere where is post box not even on the door.
But SPIDER FARMER DON'T CARE IS WAS DELIVERED WE CAN SEE IN PICTURE.
I NEVER HAVE SO BAD EXPERIENCE WITH DIFFERENT COMPANIES.
AVOID SPIDER FARMER IF YOU CAN.

Wrks like a charm its even better than I had read or expected so thank u very much for your hard work in creating such a great light plan on purchasing nother soon as possible ????????????????

lights are ok but they raised the shipping fee from 7 to 200 euro, better go to another company.

Customer service is non existent. If you have a problem with the light you can kiss your money goodbye they certainly are not going to help you. My personal experience isn't even about the light it is ok not spectacular. Anyway I have a sf 4000 I bought a little over a year ago it is still technically under warranty.
I was searching Amazon and noticed that the same light I have...now had an easy access dimmer feature.
The meanwell drivers originally used have a potentiometer but is underneath the driver and a pain to get to. So I called and inquired I got an email saying they needed proof of purchase,so I sent it. I was inquiring if my light was compatible with the upgraded unit and would the new driver and dimmer work on my light. So she said it would I but she wanted to make sure. So this went round and round and at the end of the day this is what I was told and I quote:
I sent you a video on how to do it and spoke with our engineering dept and yes they will work, so of course i asked how much for the 2 new drivers and the dimmer
Again she said she would get back to me... and she did but late (time difference) in the night and the email said
And I quote: yes I spoke to the service department and spider-farmer said they would not be able to sell me those items to upgrade my light. I would have to buy an entirely new light for 600.00 even though they have the parts to upgrade and my light and it was compatible. So after she said that, that was it...there was no one else to email , no phone # they have an address in California but it is probably a warehouse no email or phone for that either. And I almost forgot you can go to Amazon right now and buy my light without the dimming feature the price is exactly the same on the newer models with the dimmer really honest right? So if they will blatantly screw you on Amazon imagine when it is just you!
Ok so.....at this moment I am working with meanwell to purchase the drivers and find a dimmer that will work
Btw at meanwell the drivers were 40 dollars a piece and the dimmer is probably about the same....so instead of just helping me out and having a happy customer for 120.00 which I would have gladly paid I am forced to to do business with a vendor they use....that should speak volumes as to the customer service you will receive and God help you if something goes wrong with your light after the return period......that is why I am saying buy American it my cost more but how much is your piece of mind worth? If you don't have a backup you are going to be left twisting in the wind. So if you really want a spider farmer light do me a favor take that money go for a drive in the country ...roll down your window and throw it out the window ...because that is basically what you are doing in the long run. All I can say is do your homework on reviews and not on Amazon ,can you say fake!! Or sponsored ? I am one pissed off customer I am not going to lie.I am going to every website like this I can find to spread the word 5 so far tonight!! And I have all day tomorrow, and from this moment forward it is my mission to warn anyone who will listen!!
About spider-farmer and one last bit of info their par ratings are b.s too they stole the chart from hlg and I have a par meter so chose wisely and do your homework and stay away from spider farmer God help you if you buy one!!!
